Shawn Lam Video Inc. – Terms and Conditions

Shawn Lam Video Inc. (“Videographer”) provides videography services to Client (“Client”) as described and for compensation outlined in written and electronic communications, emails, and invoices, collectively referred to as statement of works (“SOW”).

Changes to the SOW require a Change Order Agreement and may incur additional charges.

Videographer shall be paid on time and materials basis and with terms outlined in SOW. If the SOW does not outline payment terms, payments terms are Net 30 from the invoice date.

Videographer shall retain copyright on all video footage, edited video, and deliverables, until payments as outlined in the SOW are received in full.

Videographer shall transfer copyright to Client upon receipt of payment in full as outlined in the SOW.

In the event that Client defaults on payments as outlined in the SOW, Videographer reserves the right to request that all video footage, edited video, and deliverables cease to be displayed and be destroyed or returned to Videographer within 48 hours.

Videographer shall retain limited rights to display video footage, edited video, and deliverables in perpetuity on Videographer company website.
